1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information DominAIte (“we”, “us”) handles when you use dominaite.online. We aim to collect as little as practical and to keep chats private by design.

2. Information you provide

  • Display name you enter for personalisation
  • Account username and password (if you create an account)
  • Date of birth (for age verification when creating an account)
  • Gender and kink preferences you select (stored on your device to personalise chats)
  • Payment-related information handled by our payment processor (we do not store your full crypto wallet keys or card numbers on our servers)

3. Chat content

We design the Service so conversation content is not stored on our own servers for later review. Messages exist in your browser session for the chat and are sent to our AI provider so a reply can be generated. We do not use your chats to build public profiles or sell your conversations.

Note: the AI provider processes message text to generate responses. Do not share information in chat that you would not want a processor to handle.

4. Device storage

We use browser storage (such as localStorage) to remember preferences, login state, and paid access on your device. Clearing your browser data may remove this information.

5. Third-party services

We use trusted third parties to operate the Service, including:

  • Hosting (e.g. Vercel)
  • AI response generation (e.g. OpenRouter and model providers)
  • Crypto payments (e.g. NOWPayments)

Those providers process data under their own policies as needed to provide their services.

6. Cookies and analytics

Essential technical cookies or similar technologies may be used to run the site and keep you logged in. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

7. Data retention

Account and access data stored on your device remains until you clear it or it expires. Server logs needed for security and reliability may be kept for a limited time. Payment processors retain transaction records as required for their operations and law.

8. Your choices

You can stop using the Service at any time, clear browser storage, and contact us to ask questions about your data. If you have a legal right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, email us and we will respond as required by applicable law.

9. Children

DominAIte is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
