Refund Policy

1. Crypto payments

Most purchases use cryptocurrency. Once confirmed on the blockchain, payments are generally irreversible and treated as final, except where we confirm a fault on our side or law requires a remedy.

2. When we may help

• You paid but access did not activate due to our technical error
• You were charged twice because of a system error

Remedy may be restored access, extra time, or credit rather than a cash refund.

3. Not refundable

• Change of mind after unlock
• Disliking the content after use
• Lost access from clearing browser data or switching devices
• Network or exchange fees on your side
