1. Acceptance

By accessing or using DominAIte (the “Service”) at dominaite.online, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use DominAIte. The Service contains adult erotic roleplay content. By using it, you confirm you are legally allowed to access adult content.

3. What the Service is

DominAIte provides AI-powered fictional adult roleplay chat with original characters. All characters and scenarios are fictional. The Service is for entertainment only and is not real human interaction, therapy, or professional advice.

4. Prohibited use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Involve anyone 17 or under, or request content about minors
• Request or engage with content involving animals in a sexual context
• Promote real-world serious bodily harm or illegal activity
• Upload or use real photographs of real people without proper rights and consent (including teachers, classmates, public figures, or private individuals)
• Harass, abuse, or attempt to disrupt the Service
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse our systems

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these rules are broken.

5. Accounts and access

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Paid access is granted for the period purchased (for example 7 or 30 days) unless stated otherwise. During early stages, access may be stored on your device; clearing browser data or switching devices may affect access until a full account system is in place.

6. Payments

Payments may be processed by third parties (including crypto processors such as NOWPayments). Prices are shown before you pay. Crypto transactions may be irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Intellectual property

The DominAIte name, design, characters, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may use the Service for personal entertainment only. You may not copy, resell, or commercially exploit our content or systems without permission.

8. AI content disclaimer

AI responses can be unpredictable. We aim to keep roleplay within our safety rules, but we do not guarantee every response. Do not rely on the Service for real-world decisions, medical, legal, or mental health advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, DominAIte and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or access arising from use of the Service. The Service is provided “as is.”

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
